HOC Ensures the Health and Safety of its Employees
For HOC, safeguarding the mental and physical well-being of its employees is a top priority. Which is why, for several years now, we have actively pursued a policy of preventing health and safety hazards.

HOC is Committed to Fighting Corruption
Our Group is committed to respecting the laws and international treaties concerning the fight against corruption in every country in which it is present. By implementing its own ethical compliance system, HOC to ensure that each employee aware of and comply with the provisions of international conventions and local laws, and we conducted a complement to these provisions, in order to avoid corruption.

HOC Makes Sure the Rules Governing Competition are Respected
Wherever the Group is active, HOC respects local and international provisions with regard to anti-trust laws, in particular those that prohibit understandings, agreements or arrangements between competitors, price fixing or the apportionment of particular segments of the market, of customers or of territories.

Compliance and Internal Monitoring
The dedicated position of Director of Ethics and Compliance was created to make sure that each and every employee fully understands and applies the principles set out in the General Code of Business Conduct, as well as legal and regulatory obligations. There is also a notification procedure so that any breaches of the rules defined within the Code can be reported.
